Buildher Collective (BHC) are looking for an Amazing Admin Allrounder Extraordinaire to work with our team on an ongoing basis.  

We are thinking you will be a student in interior design, graphic design, videographing or simple passionate about all things building and design.

This job is for an allrounder to join our team and help us get STUFF done - as in printing, copying, site building visits, taking photos, posting to insta, material gathering, answering emails and managing our inboxes, helping with newsletters, will be on the socials, compiling images, filing, videoing, sending out member packs, setting up/packing up our events, attending events and generally everything!

This is a great chance to get a job in the building and design industry. The job will be 4 days per week but we may from time to time request that you swap a weekend and weekday work to support us with events. Our position is based in an office in Northcote, Melbourne.

This job is for a TEAM PLAYER who does not mind getting stuck in and doing anything. We all pitch in and we will expect the same of you. The environment is fast paced and you will need to think on your feet. That being said it is a fun a friendly office, currently we are all women and like to laugh a lot. You will have the ability to problem solve and be open to learning our systems and how to use our software.

Your written skills will be great and as such, we need you to write us a cover letter telling us why you are the perfect fit for this role complete with a few images that show your personality and what you would like to achieve in the industry. There is scope to grow over time in this role but we need someone who is happy to work with us in all areas of our business.  You will be an important part of our team.

We have an amazing community of BuildHers and DevelopHers who are changing the building industry and we also build high end houses and use these projects as teaching examples. We help women with design and building their home or investment properties, and we also offer Style and Interior design consults.
