We have some sad but exciting news. Rachel Collard has officially left BuildHer! She is branching out on her own with a wonderful community of supporters cheering her on.

GOODBYE RACH

WHERE DID RACHEL START WITH BUILDHER?

Rachel started out working for BuildHer for 20 hours a week and through amazing work increased her role, responsibilities and hours. When she was building her own business, Co. Kitchens (now R&Co.Design.Studio), she was working 70 hours a week across BuildHer and her business.

In this episode, we say goodbye to Rach and talk about her journey to making this BIG decision.

It is absolutely exhausting to build a business while working for someone else but she had the courage and passion to back herself.

Rachel talks about the constant hustle on her own, her support network and safety net, financial commitments, sacrifices and finding balance.

We’ll miss her so much but don’t stress – she’ll still be on the podcast! She has a very exciting Mt Martha project on the cards and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
