When you’re looking to get into the property market, the more conventional route would see you investing in your first home to live in. That’s a story that we’re familiar with, but for Matt and Jess from Chamberlain Property, their first property purchase was a development project! A huge undertaking absolutely, but with a background as an electrician, Matt had worked with developers for years already.
He’d asked countless questions and had seen the way they worked and was up for the challenge. Jess grew up in a family obsessed with real estate, and was eager to work in the field as soon as possible too.
