WHAT’S IT LIKE GROWING UP IN THE PROPERTY INDUSTRY?
In this episode Rebecca shares her experiences growing up around building and housing, and how this has shaped her passion for property as an adult.

She recognised that building and construction could be a fulfilling career path, especially for someone like her who may not excel in traditional academic pursuits. By carving out a career in the industry, she has been able to live the lifestyle she desires while pursuing her passion for design and construction.
We also explore how Rebecca balances this career with her family. As Rebecca and her husband plan for the future, they also consider the balance between family life and career aspirations. They acknowledge the challenges of juggling children and work, but believe that pursuing their passion for building and construction makes them better parents. Rebecca highlights the importance of having multiple interests and outlets to maintain a sense of fulfilment and personal growth, even amidst the demands of parenthood.
Their journey is a reminder that building done the right way is not only fun but also a means of leaving a lasting legacy for future generations. It’s a super inspiring story with a lot to take away from. Enjoy!
